To facilitate the exchange, please bring your receipt and all original packaging in good condition, including the price label and any inserts, stiffeners, or ribbons.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


ZSOUTLET have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that items from our Home Fragrances line are not eligible for exchange or return.

However, if the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping expenses. After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, then our refund policy will be applied.


You can cancel your orders before the processing stage begins. After shipment confirmation, the exchange or return policy applies. ZSOUTLET may cancel orders due to item unavailability, pricing errors, or declined payments methods.

Note: Refusal to accept the order upon delivery means order cancellation no compensation.
