EXCHANGES
If you've bought a regular-priced item, you can exchange it within 14 days from the purchase or delivery date. For online orders, just drop us an email at zsoutlet.trade@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +923115003720 to start your exchange. Our helpful team will guide you through the process for a smooth experience.
To facilitate the exchange, please bring your receipt and all original packaging in good condition, including the price label and any inserts, stiffeners, or ribbons.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
ZSOUTLET have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that items from our Home Fragrances line are not eligible for exchange or return.

RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items. Here's what you need to know:

Once you've contacted us and your return is approved, we'll provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please ensure the item is securely packaged for return shipment. If you choose to return an item for reasons other than it being defective, damaged, or incorrect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping expenses. After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, then our refund policy will be applied
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your orders before the processing stage begins. After shipment confirmation, the exchange or return policy applies. ZSOUTLET may cancel orders due to item unavailability, pricing errors, or declined payments methods.
Note: Refusal to accept the order upon delivery means order cancellation no compensation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, ZSOUTLET does not have a specific Exchange/Return policy for international orders. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact our customer care for assistance.
Before opening your order, take pictures of the package and invoice. This precaution helps resolve concerns promptly in case of an incorrect or damaged item.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SALES/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Products bought during sales or promotions cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
